These terms cover Earmix, the Mac app, and Earmix Tabs, the browser extension.
Licence
Earmix is licensed, not sold. A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Earmix on one Mac at a time, including updates for the version you bought. The free trial lasts 14 days.
Acceptable use
Don’t resell, share or reverse-engineer your licence key, or try to get around the trial.
No warranty
Earmix is provided as is. We work hard to make it reliable, but we can’t promise it will be free of bugs or work with every app or device. Earmix never changes an app itself, and quitting Earmix returns every app’s sound to normal.
Liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid for Earmix.
